VIPER CLUB OF AMERICA
HOUSTON REGION

As usual, these events are FUN! It's always a pleasure to meet new people that share passion for the Viper!
Can't wait for the next event!! Hope to see you there.
VipersCONTINUING TO BUILD THE HOUSTON VCA WEBSITE, our latest feature is a page dedicated to the folks that service our Vipers. In an effort to provide all Houston Viper owners current knowledge about service that is available, tuners and dealers will all have the opportunity to introduce themselves and provide their service information. This will be a long term endeavor, as there are many dealers to contact, and we do not want to leave anyone interested in the Viper community off the list. If you know the owner of other dealers, please let me know so I can contact them directly to be included on this page. The dealers/tuners listed on this have all provided permission to use this information on our website. The data is provided in the sequence in which it was received.
MEET YOUR BOARD MEMBERS who stepped up to the plate to get the Houston Viper Club going. These men are seasoned Viper owners and will provide great support and guidance to the officers in guiding the club to it's peak. They are, in alphabetical order:
Wayne Beck
John Myrick
Tim Palmer
When you meet these Viper veterans, please thank them for making a commitment to the success of YOUR club.
Rounding out the board are your officers listed below, totaling six individuals committed to making your Viper club a stress relieving, fun experience.
A big thank you to IVAN WOOD for his initiative to get the club chartered by the Texas Secretary of State. Good job, Ivan. Also, thanks to GEORGE FARRIS, National VCA Vice President, for his time and efforts on our behalf. We look forward to visits occasionally from George, who lives a few miles south of Amarillo.
The Houston Region of the Viper Club of America welcomes all Viper owners in the Houston area to become part of the club, a place where the excitement of Viper ownership is shared with others that understand the unique experience of the Viper.
Election of new officers was completed at our most recent meeting in March.
President Jim Boeker
Vice President Dick Bergstrom
Secretary Treasurer Ivan Wood
The general consensus is that the club duties will be shared by all so that everyone can feel involved in this fun endeavor. We are planning cruises, track days, lunches, and are on the lookout for some unique fun events as an excuse to get our Vipers together.
The website is under construction, so suggestions and patience is requested. Events will be announced here and by email so that everyone gets the word. Forum is now active for members.
Come join us.
Set aside August 25 for a cruise/tour/lunch at MESSINA HOF WINERY, messinahof.com, near College Station. Please email you attendance confirmation as soon as possible to JLB252@aol.com so we can give the Messina Hof restaurant an accurate headcount. This will be a fun cruise/lunch outing and is planned far enough ahead so you can plan around the date for your various other events.
DO YOU KNOW OTHER VIPER OWNERS? Members, please extend an invitation to attend the next meeting August 25 to any Viper owner that has not met with us yet. By each of us bringing one more Viper gearhead, we double the club size quickly. Much of the fun of this club will be for each of us to help it grow into one of the largest clubs in the country. Imagine 50 Vipers at our events in a few months - it can be done - and it will be a blast. With that many actives track rental would be very easy to afford and will be great events.
